The Lower Dniester Ramsar site, is the most biodiverse wetland of international importance in the Republic of Moldova with 200 bird species, 83 species of fish and 1000 species of plants. Located on an area of over 60,000 ha, the future National Park is only 95 km away from Chisinau and can be reached in 1 hour and 40 minutes.
